Building One
Lakewood, Colorado
District wide 4,500 SF bakery that supplies all the baked goods for the Jefferson County school system. 1,300 SF District Catering Kitchen. This facility provides catering services for the District as well as catering outside of District functions.
3,800 SF freezer building. This is over 60 foot square and 25 feet high and consolidated the freezer operations from numerous locations throughout Jefferson County into one efficient operation. The building is placed upon stilts due to grade consideration and allows parking and miscellaneous storage under the freezer.
4,500 SF District wide Adult Education offices and 2 large computer rooms used for training and Adult Education. 5,500 SF District computer training center at Quail Street facility. Remodeling of 3,300 SF office space for relocation of District Security Offices.
