Numerous projects over a 14 year period ranging from tenant finish to roof replacement, signage, due diligence, and ADA review; a total real estate area of nearly a quarter-million square feet.  Most of the work was completed during Transamerica Realty's ownership and continued after Transamerica's acquisition by Aegon.
